Smart factory project (yosugara Inc.)

The first project I took on at yosugara, the company I founded with my friend Sawai. IoT units fitted to industrial machine tools measure and transmit how each machine is running, so the current state of the floor can be read in real time from monitors in the factory and from a web app. We designed and built the boards and enclosures ourselves and tuned them to each machine, aiming for “IoT your grandfather could install”. Making the night shift visible, which management had little insight into, helped raise production efficiency and set better targets.

Arcara, a trading card game store (yosugara Inc.)

An online trading card game store, built just before I left yosugara. The design went after a modern interface, ease of use and the simple pleasure of shopping. I also handled analysis of sales data on the project and built an internal data analysis tool.

TierDrop, an airdrop information site

A portal about airdrops, the free distributions of cryptocurrency and tokens. Many recent crypto projects use an airdrop to reward users who committed early with coins or tokens. To help cryptocurrency and blockchain technology along, we built a site that explains what these events are and how to take part, led by my friend Sawai.

StandOS

Compact utility windows for macOS, one shortcut away. A terminal, a mini browser, a shelf for files in transit, tasks, image conversion and a Pomodoro timer slide in from any screen edge, do the job and disappear. A personal project, released, built so you can stay in flow without windows to manage.
